About Us

Teaching Philosophy

As teachers, it is our job to create a nurturing and respectful environment where children can grow. We support children to develop cognitive, emotional, social, and physical skills that will be with them throughout life. These are the traits that will help them achieve their full potential and discover who they are as unique human beings. 

Lil’ Sprouts using Creative curriculum, with focus areas in language development, literacy, safety, cultural diversity, motor skills, dramatic play, art, and the natural world. Children are encouraged to ask questions and express themselves to better expand their understanding of the world around them.  Our curriculum is developmentally appropriate for each classroom, meeting the needs of the individual child. Teachers and families form a working partnership. By creating a home/school connection, we seek to understand the needs and interests of the children, making this an incredibly beneficial and happy time in their lives.
